Irish Horsemanship

Our Irish Team represents Ireland in the online Light Hands Dressage World Championships. If you would like to learn how to improve your dressage, learn more about our clinics in Tipperary. We are currently looking for new riders to represent Ireland. You can find more info here.

These online dressage tests are open to horses and riders at any level. They are judged a little differently to conventional dressage tests. This tests are suitable for those wishing to develop a light and soft horse, through soft feel. This is unlike most conventional dressage tests.

Here is some useful information if you would like to be part of the Irish team.

  • You choose a test to ride, starting with Test 1, which is Walk Only.
  • You ask someone to video you riding this test at home.
  • You upload the video to YouTube before the last day of the month.
  • You are automatically a member of the Irish Light Hands Dressage Team for that month.
  • Results are announced in the following month
